We are looking for a Nexthink Engineer to deploy, configure, and optimize the Nexthink platform, driving digital employee experience (DEX) improvements and actionable insights across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain Nexthink platform, Agents, and Collectors.
- Integrate Nexthink with AD, SSO, Jira/ServiceNow, Amplify, Chatbots, and other tools.
- Create dashboards, alerts, campaigns, remote actions, and reports.
- Analyze device and application data; monitor KPIs and SLAs.
- Automate tasks using PowerShell; support Windows and AD environments.
- Collaborate with IT teams, provide training, and drive process improvements.
- Present findings and insights to stakeholders; stay current with best practices.
Required Skills
- Hands-on Nexthink platform and NQL experience.
- Strong Windows, AD, Intune, and Azure Cloud knowledge.
- PowerShell scripting and automation expertise.
- Experience with application monitoring, Jira, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
