Network / Voice Program Manager

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of Program/Project Management experience with a strong focus on Network, Voice, and Infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience managing large-scale enterprise technology initiatives.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Mandatory PMP certification.
• Strong experience with both Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project (MPP), Jira, and Confluence.
• Experience working in enterprise environments; financial services industry experience is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of Network and Voice technologies; wireless-focused backgrounds are not preferred.
• CCNA/CCNP-level knowledge or equivalent networking expertise is desirable for managing technical teams and initiatives.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Network, Voice, and Infrastructure programs and projects.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and resource planning.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
• Drive project governance, status reporting, and executive-level communications.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.
• Support change management, implementation planning, and weekend deployment activities when required.
