Responsibilities

• Network Test Engineer will perform testing and validation of network devices, focusing on DOCSIS technologies 
• Conduct thorough testing of cable, device, and voice systems to ensure optimal performance 
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to routing, switching, and firewalls within the network 
• As a Network Test Engineer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of network components 
• Provide detailed documentation of test results and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives 
• Work independently to manage and prioritize testing tasks in a dynamic environment

Required Skills

• Experience with access networking and DOCSIS technologies 
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, including routing and switching 
• Strong background in network testing, with the ability to contribute with minimal training 
• Familiarity with firewalls and their role in network security 
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cable, device, and voice system testing 
• Familiarity with voice technologies and their integration within networks 
• Knowledge of CCNA certification is a plus, but hands-on experience is more critical
