Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Serve as the onshore Technical Lead and primary point of contact for the client.
  • Manage and oversee Network L3 responsibilities across enterprise and OT environments.
  • Design, implement, and manage network security policies, including granular firewall rules.
  • Deploy and support SD-WAN solutions, preferably PAN-OS SD-WAN.
  • Manage Palo Alto firewalls and Panorama configurations at scale.
  • Prepare high-level network designs (HLD) and low-level designs (LLD) for enterprise networks.
  • Provide hands-on support and configuration for Cisco devices, data center networks, and SDN solutions.
  • Manage DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM) efficiently, including configuration, troubleshooting, and reporting.
  • Ensure secure network access through AAA services (RADIUS, TACACS) and basic NAC concepts.
  • Configure and manage EfficientIP appliances, BIND DNS topologies, and DHCP leases, options, and logging.
  • Collaborate with cross-shore teams to ensure successful project delivery and operational support.
  • Act as the SME for network security, firewalls, load balancers, and network virtualization.
  • Support and implement enterprise network standards, procedures, and best practices.
 
Required Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of OT environments and industrial networks.
  • Proven experience managing Palo Alto firewalls with Panorama at scale.
  • Hands-on experience with SD-WAN deployment and support, preferably PAN-OS SD-WAN.
  • Proficiency in designing and managing granular security policies.
  • Relevant certifications such as PCNSE, Cisco CCNP, or CCIE are highly desirable.
  • Solid knowledge of Cisco ISE, Netscaler Load Balancers, and various Cisco devices.
  • Expertise in Data Center technologies, 3-tier network design, and SDN concepts.
  • Strong understanding of network security protocols, RADIUS, and AAA services.
  • Experience in Network Function Virtualization (NFV) and network load balancing.
  • Proficiency in DDI management (DNS, DHCP, IPAM), including EfficientIP appliance configuration.
  • Understanding of BIND DNS topologies and enterprise DHCP operations.

 

Preferred Qualifications
  • PCNSE, CCNP, CCIE across multiple domains (Routing & Switching, Data Center, Security, NFV).
  • Experience with industrial OT networks in energy or utility sectors.
  • Hands-on experience with SDN, firewalls, and enterprise-grade load balancers.
