We are looking for a Network Service Engineer with hands-on experience in DNS, DHCP, and IP Address Management (DDI) to support and maintain network operations. The role includes handling service requests, change management, incident resolution, and collaborating with internal teams to implement and optimize DDI solutions.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and support DDI systems (BlueCat, Vital QIP) including IP address provisioning, DNS/DHCP configuration, and resource records.
- Handle service requests, incidents, and changes across global regions.
- Perform pre-validation, implementation, and post-checks for production changes.
- Collaborate with Network Operations, Engineering, Architecture, and business teams to meet technical requirements.
- Ensure compliance with ITIL best practices and operational procedures.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with BlueCat, Vital QIP, and DNS/DHCP tools.
- Solid understanding of networking concepts: TCP/IP, subnetting, routing/switching, firewalls, load balancing.
- Familiarity with authentication protocols: LDAP, IWA, SSO, Active Directory.
- Experience with Remedy ITSM, PowerShell, and network troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical and customer-facing communication skills.
