Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Network Operations (NetOps) Engineer to manage, support, automate, and optimize enterprise network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with network administration, automation, configuration management, CI/CD, and network deployment across multi-vendor environments and cloud platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer, monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure.
- Perform network deployment, configuration, upgrades, and operational support.
- Implement network automation and configuration management to improve reliability and operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain infrastructure automation and CI/CD pipelines for network environments.
- Support network infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity, performance, availability, and configuration issues.
- Manage and support network technologies from vendors including Cisco, Aruba, F5, Palo Alto, and Versa Networks.
- Support network integration with AWS and Oracle Cloud environments.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, security, DevOps, and application teams on network initiatives.
- Document network configurations, procedures, automation workflows, and operational standards.
- Participate in network upgrades, migrations, deployments, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in network administration and operations.
- Hands-on experience with network automation and configuration management.
- Experience implementing CI/CD and infrastructure automation.
- Experience with: Cisco, Aruba, F5, Palo Alto, Versa Networks
- Experience with AWS and Oracle Cloud networking environments.
- Strong network deployment, troubleshooting, and production support experience.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional infrastructure and engineering teams.
