Technical / Functional Skills

• 7 to 10 years ( Enterprise network security, firewalls, VPN, Natting, Traffic analysis, enterprise network design and implementation)
• Strong knowledge and working experience in designing networks.
• Strong knowledge and working experience in Firewalls, VPN and IPS
• Strong knowledge and working experience in Checkpoint, Juniper,Palo Alto and cisco firewall products
• Experience in handling Radius, RSA, Vormetric servers and knowledge on 2 factor authentication

 

Roles & Responsibilities    

• Need to have 8+ years of experience and knowledge in Troubleshooting software's, printer, projectors, and issues over remote and over call support to customers.
• Strong knowledge and working experience in designing networks.
• Strong knowledge and working experience in  troubleshooting, problem and performance analyzing 
• Strong knowledge and working experience in Firewalls, VPN and IPS
• Good knowledge and working experience of traffic analyzing with  wireshark
• Strong knowledge and working experience in Checkpoint, Juniper, Palo Alto and cisco firewall products
• Strong Network and Security troubleshooting Skills
• Knowledge and working experience of Monitoring and management tools, Bandwidth and performance analysis tools
• Hands-on experience of various routing and switching protocols -EIGRP,OSPF,BGP and  STP, HSRP,
• Experience in handling Radius, RSA, Vormetric servers and knowledge on 2 factor authentication 
• Understanding of DNS and DHCP designs and hands on knowledge on  IP management tools
• Good knowledge on Remote access VPN, Clientless VPN and IPSec protocols.
• Good Knowledge and working experience in Bluecoat web proxies
• Experience  in handling  and troubleshooting  below devices:
• Juniper SSG, ISG, MAG devices
• Cisco ASA, PIX
• Checkpoint 12000, 21000 series, smart1 appliance
• Proxy: Bluecoat SG 810, 900, Director 510
• Experience in Develop support documentation and technical diagrams of the enterprise network security infrastructure.
• Identifying route cause of the problem and escalating to re-solver group
• Vendor coordination for incident creation and escalation
• Follow ups on open incidents until resolution
• Familiarity with ITIL process
• Should have very good communication and time planning skills
• Maintaining the agreed SLA/KPI with Client
• Maintaining good team collaboration
• Taking ownership of process and to make visible improvements in the same
• Perform tasks without escalation and to actively take part in shift handover and take over
