Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage Cisco SDA fabric solutions and network automation using DNAC, ISE, Python, and Ansible.
• Support LAN, WAN, WLAN, including Catalyst 9300/9500/9600 series and IE industrial switches.
• Perform fabric role management, monitoring, policy management, upgrades, and patching.
• Troubleshoot complex network and OT integration issues; conduct root-cause analysis and preventive measures.
• Optimize network performance for high availability and reliability.
• Prepare technical documentation, network diagrams, and SOPs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, customers, and vendors; support Agile projects and on-call rotations.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8–10 years of professional experience in Cisco LAN/WAN/WLAN environments.
• Expertise in Cisco SDA (Software-Defined Access), Catalyst Center/DNAC, ISE, VXLAN, ACI, FabricPath, STP, VLAN/VTP, and Data Center Networking.
• Strong knowledge of IP addressing, VLSM, routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, IS-IS), and network monitoring/alerting tools (PagerDuty, Nagios, Datadog, ThousandEyes, CloudWatch, Grafana, Zabbix, Site24x7).
• Proficient in network automation and scripting: Python, Ansible, Perl, Terraform.
• Cisco SDA certified or higher.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and troubleshooting skills.
