Primary Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage enterprise-level networks using HPE Aruba routing, switching, and wireless technologies including: Aruba Mobility Controllers, Aruba Instant APs, Aruba Airwave, Aruba Central, Aruba Activate, and Aruba ClearPass.
• Support and maintain network infrastructure involving HPE Aruba, 3Com, H3C, Juniper, Arista, and SDN/SD-WAN technologies.
• Configure and manage security infrastructure such as Palo Alto, Fortinet, and Checkpoint Firewalls.
• Perform network device hardening and ensure compliance with security standards (IDS/IPS, SIEM, IPSec, etc.).
• Participate in network vulnerability assessments and intrusion detection initiatives.
• Work on data center networking projects involving Leaf-Spine architecture and Juniper QFX5120/5130 series switches.
• Provide technical support for complex networking issues and assist with troubleshooting and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for network design and capacity planning.
• Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices.

Required Skills and Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with HPE Aruba networking hardware and software.
• Proficient in configuring and managing wireless controllers, Access Points, ClearPass, and centralized management tools.
• Hands-on experience with Juniper and Arista switches, especially in data center environments.
• Strong understanding of EVPN-VXLAN architecture and Leaf-Spine topology.
• Knowledge of structured cabling and physical network infrastructure.
• Experience with network security, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and SIEM solutions.
• Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting SDN and SD-WAN environments.
• Solid experience in creating and maintaining detailed technical documentation.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex network problems and lead resolution efforts.
