Roles & Responsibilities

• Design and manage WAN/LAN networks, enterprise wireless systems, cloud administration (Azure), SD-WAN, and firewall management (Cisco/Palo Alto).
• Resolve Level 3 and advanced network issues, ensuring effective solutions and timely callbacks to customers.
• Identify and implement improvements in tools (SolarWinds, Panorama, Prime, DNA, Infoblox) and network processes.
• Strong knowledge of network routing and switching protocols (BGP, OSPF, MPLS).
• Experience with next-generation firewall technologies (Palo Alto, Checkpoint, Fortinet).
• Experience with cloud networks and security (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is desirable.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in WAN/LAN, cloud administration, and SD-WAN.
• Proficient in network protocols (BGP, OSPF, MPLS) and firewall management.
• Hands-on experience with cloud security and networking solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for complex network issues.
