Roles and Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot Level 3 and advanced network issues, performing callbacks to ensure issues are resolved and providing effective solutions.
• Investigate causes of network-related issues, test potential solutions, and suggest improvements to reduce time to resolution.
• Manage and maintain new and existing network equipment, hardware, and perform software upgrades on network devices.
• Collaborate with Level 1 and Level 2 resources to address network-related issues and provide guidance.
• Support Cisco ACI, SDA Fabric, and DNAC in deploying, managing, and troubleshooting complex network configurations.
• Assist in the deployment, configuration, and management of Palo Alto Firewalls, ensuring proper connectivity, and troubleshooting firewall issues via Panorama.
• Ensure that network services are aligned with organizational objectives and priorities, contributing to effective network performance.
• Communicate complex technical issues clearly and concisely to stakeholders, both technical and non-technical.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with Cisco ACI, SDA Fabric, and DNAC.
• Routing experience: Proficient in Cisco OSPF and BGP.
• Switching experience: Proficiency with Cisco Nexus and stack switches.
• Experience troubleshooting wireless network issues using Cisco WLC.
• Strong hands-on skills in Palo Alto Firewalls deployment, management, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with managing and troubleshooting network connectivity issues through Panorama.
• Strong understanding of network routing and switching protocols.
