Network Engineer

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement low-latency network infrastructure for trading systems, ensuring high performance and availability.
• Provide seamless connectivity for exchanges, brokers, and service providers, focusing on data delivery and order execution.
• Monitor, maintain, and optimize network performance across global sites, including capacity management (power, space, ports, etc.).
• Ensure secure and compliant network operations.
• Maintain network configurations, monitoring logs, and troubleshooting documentation.

Technical Requirements

• Expertise in EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, IPSEC, GRE, and multicast (PIM, RP, IGMP).
• Strong experience with Cisco Nexus switching and routing.
• Experience with financial exchanges, market data protocols (e.g., FIX, ITCH), and trading systems.
• Familiarity with tools like Corvil, PCAP, and SFlow.
• Proficient in Python (preferred) or other automation tools.
• In-depth knowledge of low-latency network setups for trading platforms.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of network engineering experience, with a focus on high-performance and financial networks.
• Strong project delivery and troubleshooting skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with global financial exchanges and trading systems.
