Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain complex network infrastructure for large-scale enterprise environments.
• Lead network engineering projects from conceptualization to deployment.
• Develop and implement network architecture, including network design, configuration, and optimization.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration with other IT systems.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and other teams.

Required Qualifications/Skills

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing complex network infrastructure.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols, routing, and switching technologies (e.g. TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, OSPF, BGP).
• Experience with network management systems (e.g. NMS, SNMP) and monitoring tools (e.g. Nagios, SolarWinds).
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g. VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud computing platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure).
• Strong understanding of security principles and practices (e.g. firewall configuration, access control lists).
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g. Python, Perl) and automation tools (e.g. Ansible).
