Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive network architecture solutions that align with business goals and technical requirements.
• Evaluate existing network infrastructure and identify areas for improvement, optimization, and modernization.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering and operations teams during the implementation of network solutions.
• Work with cross-functional teams, including security, cloud, and application development, to ensure network solutions support overall business strategies.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of network designs, configurations, and operational procedures.
• Implement industry best practices and standards for network design, security, and performance.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements, present design proposals, and provide updates on project progress.
• Establish monitoring solutions and troubleshooting processes to maintain network performance and reliability.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in networking to propose innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in network design, architecture, and implementation.
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols, technologies (e.g., MPLS, VPN, VoIP), and services (LAN, WAN, WLAN).
• Relevant certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent are preferred.
• Familiarity with cloud networking solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid environments.
• Understanding of network security principles and practices, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and secure access protocols.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess complex network issues and design effective solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with network automation tools and scripting (e.g., Python, Ansible).
• Knowledge of SDN (Software-Defined Networking) and NFV (Network Function Virtualization).
• Familiarity with network monitoring and management tools.
