Roles & Responsibilities:

• 8+ Years of hands-on experience working on Network Area (mainly Cisco Systems) --- Routing, Switching, Wireless, Cisco Voice, Firewalls, Network Appliances (any), Load Balancers (F5, Citrix, etc)
• Experience in network architecture transformation, Cisco SD-WAN, ISE, and DNS.
• Experience in other aspects of UCaaS .
• Work closely with the network architect and with the engineering and security teams to implement our next-generation network.
• Troubleshoot issues, manage operational projects, and assist the team with escalations. 
• Ensure the stability, performance, and security of our current network environment through the entire transformation lifecycle.
• Implement and generate metrics, create and maintain documentation, and provide feedback throughout the deployment of the design.
• Ensure that the network keeps pace with and continues to enable the firm’s growth.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
