We are seeking a skilled Network Administrator with strong expertise in Juniper SRX firewalls and enterprise network infrastructure. The role involves configuring, managing, and troubleshooting firewalls, routing, switching, and wireless environments while ensuring secure and reliable network operations in a 24/7 IT service environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Juniper SRX firewalls, including:
• • Security policies. NAT
  • VPN
  • Traffic inspection
• Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues, firewall rule conflicts, and security policy violations
• Administer and support firewalls and network devices, including:
  • Juniper SRX
  • FortiGate firewalls
  • F5 Load Balancers
• Manage and troubleshoot routing and switching using protocols such as OSPF, BGP, VLANs, STP, VRRP
• Support and maintain Juniper switching environments
• Configure and troubleshoot Aruba switching and wireless technologies
• Support and manage Zscaler ZIA and ZPA security solutions

Skills & Experience

• Strong knowledge of routing and switching concepts
• Hands-on experience with enterprise firewall and network security technologies
• Experience working in an IT services / managed services environment
• Familiarity with incident management tools such as ServiceNow
• Working knowledge of ITIL process
