Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Network Administrator to support and manage video conferencing systems. You will configure, troubleshoot, and maintain video conferencing equipment, ensuring stable, secure connections, and optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and maintain video conferencing equipment (Polycom, MS Teams, Zoom, Cisco, Crestron/Extron).
  • Provide L2/L3 technical support and troubleshoot issues during video calls.
  • Perform system maintenance, health checks, and resolve network-related problems.
  • Train users on video conferencing tools and create documentation (SOPs, KB articles).
  • Design and implement conference room setups and integrate AV devices.
  • Ensure secure and stable connections using network protocols and security best practices.

 

Required Experience
  • Strong experience with video conferencing platforms such as MS Teams, WebEx, Zoom, and devices like Polycom, Surface HUB, NEAT, Cisco, Crestron/Extron, and Clickshare.
  • Proficiency with network protocols and configurations, ensuring secure and stable video conferencing connections
  • Hands-on experience with configuring and troubleshooting cameras, microphones, speakers, and other AV devices used in video conferencing.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in video conferencing support, engineering, design, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively support users and document technical processes.
