Roles & Responsibilities

• Network Administration in Aruba Wireless/ClearPass and Infoblox (DHCP/DNS)
• Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software, including routers, switches, firewalls, and servers.
• Leadership skills, Good communication Requirements gathering and stakeholder coordination.
• Implement and manage security measures to protect the network from unauthorized access, data breaches, and cyber attacks
• Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of network equipment, software, and services.
• Provide technical support to users, addressing their questions and concerns related to network connectivity, software applications, and other IT-related issues.

Technical/Functional Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Strong technical skills in network design, administration, and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in network protocols, such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLAN
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve complex network issues.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
