• Recommending and implementing solutions to mitigate repeat production issues.
• Taking ownership and responding to open support issues quickly.
• Closing open support issues by adhering to the production support service level agreements.
• Identifying and implementing automation opportunities to ensure success.
• Work independently with very minimum supervision.
• Work with clients and deliver quickly.
• Expert in Prod Support
• Expert in Azure PAAS and App Insights

Technical Skills:

• Experience with Prod support
• Experience in Azure
  - Appinsights
  - App Services
  - Analytics
  - APIM
  - Key-vaults
  - Blob storage
  - Identity and Access Management
• Experience with MSAL
• Experience with using authentication, authorization, Graph API, OAuth
• Good in SQL Server
• Experience C#., .NET Core, Web API
