Primary Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on development and mentoring to ensure team success and project delivery.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Tech Leads, QA, and Business teams to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Design and implement robust, maintainable applications, with a focus on C# and .Net technologies.
• Lead the development of RESTful Web APIs in a transaction processing environment.
• Develop enterprise-scale applications using Angular/React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Utilize queuing technologies like Rabbit MQ or streaming solutions like Kafka.
• Write and execute unit tests, utilize CI/CD processes, and promote test automation.
• Identify technology risks and propose mitigation plans.
• Lead the creation of Software Architecture documentation, Technical Use Cases, and conduct Code Reviews.
• Assist in release management, ensuring seamless deployment and process improvements.
• Support integration efforts to build comprehensive system solutions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in C# and .Net development.
• Strong experience in REST-based Web Services, UI/UX frameworks (Angular/React), and transaction processing environments.
• Proficiency in queuing technologies like Rabbit MQ or Kafka.
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server or MongoDB.
• Experience with CI/CD, unit testing, API automation, and automated deployment tools.
• Familiar with modern Architecture and Development Standards (SOLID principles).
• Thorough understanding of Agile methodologies and software development life cycles.
• Excellent communication skills for delivering technical presentations and documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in public cloud platforms like GCP.
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL and modern streaming technologies.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, distributed environment.
• Experience providing guidance to technical staff and mentoring team members.
