Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and design technical solutions leveraging .NET and Azure
• Architect and design scalable, secure, and highly available systems on the Azure platform
• Develop proof-of-concepts and prototypes to demonstrate solution feasibility and value
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Oversee the implementation and deployment of .NET Azure solutions, ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards
• Conduct code reviews and performance optimizations to enhance reliability and efficiency
• Stay informed on the latest advancements in .NET and Azure technologies and propose innovative solutions to meet business challenges

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
• 15+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on .NET technologies
• Proven experience designing and architecting cloud-based solutions on the Microsoft Azure platform
• Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, and related technologies
• Experience in cloud-native development, microservices architecture, and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
• Solid understanding of cloud security best practices and compliance requirements
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients
