Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the offshore development team in building full-stack applications using .NET, Angular, and related technologies.
• Analyze and understand functional and technical requirements, preparing service specifications, class diagrams, and sequence diagrams.
• Develop technical components and ensure a strong understanding of project architecture.
• Adhere to design patterns, coding standards, and best practices.
• Ensure project implementation and deployment models are followed.
• Resolve technical impediments and provide guidance on problem-solving.
• Review and provide feedback on code produced by the team.

Required Experience

• 8-10 years in .NET, Angular, JavaScript, and full-stack development.
• Proficient in SPAs, Bootstrap, CSS, NPM, NuGet, Web Services, and Agile methodologies.
• Experience leading teams and collaborating across time zones.
• Strong problem-solving skills and familiarity with architecture and design principles.
