Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and manage Neo4j on Azure cloud virtual machines.
• Develop and optimize Neo4j databases, including designing graph database objects and writing Cypher queries.
• Integrate Neo4j with authentication and authorization systems, particularly Azure Active Directory (AAD).
• Work with Teradata and other NoSQL databases to ensure seamless data integration.
• Develop and maintain Neo4j production clusters, ensuring scalability and high availability.
• Utilize Bloom and NeoDash for data visualization and analysis.
• Implement and manage ETL data ingestion processes.
• Integrate Neo4j with version control systems such as GitLab.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and provide technical solutions.

Required Qualifications

• In-depth understanding of graph database technology, specifically Neo4j.
• Proven experience in installing and setting up Neo4j on Azure cloud virtual machines.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft Azure and related cloud technologies.
• Hands-on experience with relational databases (e.g., Teradata) and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with Neo4j integration for authentication and authorization using Azure AAD.
• Proficiency in Neo4j development, including Cypher scripting and graph database design.
• Practical experience with Neo4j Bloom and NeoDash.
• Hands-on experience with Python and PySpark; knowledge of Java is a plus.
• Experience with integrating version control systems like GitLab with Neo4j.
• Familiarity with ETL data ingestion methodologies and graph processing techniques.
• Ability to understand and implement primary and secondary/read replica methodologies using Neo4j.
