We are seeking a skilled nCino Developer with strong expertise in Salesforce development and the nCino platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing and customizing nCino solutions within lending environments. This role requires strong technical skills in Salesforce development, nCino functionality, and DevOps practices to support application development, enhancements, and deployments.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain solutions on the nCino platform built on Salesforce.
• Implement and support nCino functionalities including Product Hierarchy, Collateral, Credit Underwriting, Smart Checklist, DocMan, and Customer Portal.
• Design and develop Salesforce components using Apex, Triggers, Lightning Flows, and Validation Rules.
• Implement and maintain Approval Processes and Batch Processing.
• Develop and optimize SOQL and SOSL queries.
• Build and maintain integrations using Named Credentials, Connected Apps, and Platform Events.
• Manage metadata and release deployments using AutoRABIT through CI/CD pipelines.
• Work with Git-based version control and follow DevOps practices including commits, merges, pull requests, and deployments.
• Participate in solution design and contribute to Salesforce architecture best practices.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide enhancements to existing solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) Certification.
• nCino 201 Certification.
• Strong hands-on experience with nCino development and configuration.
• Experience with AutoRABIT for deployment and release management.
• Proficiency with Git and DevOps workflows.
• Strong experience with Lightning Flows, Validation Rules, Apex, and Triggers.
• Experience with SOQL, SOSL, Approval Processes, and Batch Apex.
• Knowledge of Salesforce integrations using Named Credentials, Connected Apps, and Platform Events.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and work independently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Commercial Lending or Private Lending implementations.
• Understanding of Salesforce architecture and design principles.
• Prior experience working on nCino implementations in financial services environments.
