Key Responsibilities

• Manage Murex environments during the Migration 31 upgrade and ongoing production support activities.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues identified via monitoring or raised by users.
• Handle user access requests and other environment-related requests.
• Review, redesign, and optimize infrastructure and software configuration management processes.
• Ensure hardware and software requirements are met to support Murex releases.
• Monitor applications and EOD batches in SIT, UAT, and Production environments.
• Ensure smooth transition to BAU (Business As Usual) team after releases.
• Perform system maintenance, including patch installations and sanity checks.
• Provide incident, problem, change, and release management support.

Qualifications

• Experience working in both Unix and Windows environments.
• In-depth knowledge of Murex environment management and production support.
• Strong experience with Murex patch installations and performing sanity checks.
• Familiar with incident, problem, change, and release management processes.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Required Technical Skills

• Linux Shell Scripting
• Database knowledge (Sybase SQL)
• Strong troubleshooting skills for Murex services and EoD batches.
• Familiarity with ControlM and shell scripting.
• SQL query experience.
• Experience in performing system maintenance activities.
• Familiarity with ITRS Geneos monitoring, JIRA, Confluence, and ServiceNow (Preferred).
