We are looking for an experienced Murex Business Analyst who can lead front-to-back requirements, design, and delivery across Trading, Middle Office, Back Office, Risk, Accounting, Custody, and Collateral. The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration with business, operations, finance, risk, and technology teams, along with ownership of upstream/downstream integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather & document FO requirements for pricing, booking workflows, trade capture, and validations.

• Support MO workflows: STP design, exceptions, confirmations, lifecycle events, limits, and P&L/PAA.

• Define BO processes for settlements, payments, cash flows, reconciliations, and EoD controls.

• Map accounting rules, IFRS/GAAP alignment, lifecycle postings, and GL integrations.

• Build regulatory/management reports: P&L, positions, sensitivities, settlements, dashboards.

• Configure Risk (MLC & VaR): limits, breaches, alerts, VaR methods, market data alignment.

• Support Custody workflows: asset servicing, reconciliations, messaging (SWIFT/custodian).

• Implement Collateral (VM/IM): margining, eligibility, haircuts, disputes, CSA/GMSLA alignment.

• Define & manage integrations with State Street, Treasury, Workday, SharePoint, Jenkins, etc.

• Lead BRDs/FRDs, SIT/UAT, regression testing, migration, cutover, and go-live support.

Required Skills:

• 7+ years as a Murex BA across full trade lifecycle.

• Strong product knowledge: FX, Fixed Income, Derivatives, MBS, Swaps, Repos.

• Solid understanding of accounting schemas, GL interfaces, and month-end close.

• Experience in settlements, custody, and collateral workflows.

• Proven delivery of complex Murex integrations.

• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to trade surveillance, AML/sanctions.

• Regulatory reporting (EMIR, MIFIR, Dodd-Frank).

• Hands-on MLC/VaR configuration.

• Familiarity with APIs, MQ/Kafka patterns, and data governance.
