Qualifications
•BFA in Design, Illustration, Advertising or similar discipline
•3+ years of digital design experience (email, web, banner ads)
•1+ years of experience in animation/motion
•Experienced in responsive web design and proficiency in Sketch
•Proficient ability to apply and perform design skills, including drawing/sketching, typography, ideation, color theory, use of texture, spacing, and scale, visual presentation development and layout, illustration, strong composition for digital design
•Portfolio of work required that shows an understanding of design fundamentals stated above
•Must be highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (expert level of Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
•HTML skills are a huge plus
•Hand drawing skills is a plus
•Ability to work within both structured and non-structured team environments
•Excellent computer knowledge for both MAC and PC environments
