Job Description
Role Description

Responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers using MuleSoft products and services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues, escalate complex problems to the appropriate teams, and ensure customer satisfaction. In this role, you will also have the opportunity to contribute to the improvement of support processes and documentation.

Required Skills
  • Total 6+ years of experience with 3+ years in MuleSoft API/Service Support/development
  • Have Mule 3.x and 4.x experience using flows for integration with disparate systems and service components.
  • A highly technical, hands-on, motivated and collaborative individual with exceptional communication skills
  • Experience with integration technologies and database applications such as, but not limited to: SOAP, Oracle, DB2, MS/SQL ,REST and/or EJB.
  • Understand APIs they are building as well as tweak and tune the APIs as necessary
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Software Development
  • Experience with databases (no SQL or Relational).
  • Understand ITIL framework- Incident Management, Change Management, etc.
