Primary Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze data to support solution development and technical analysis.
• Articulate ideas and technical concepts clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Collaborate effectively across teams, maintaining a positive and proactive approach in challenging situations.
• Participate in technical analysis and create specification documents.
• Develop and document technical architecture, strategies, and guidelines.
• Track development progress and ensure timely project deliverables.
• Communicate technical concepts and potential solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
• Adhere to Product Best Practices throughout development and implementation.

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in implementing, configuring, and developing solutions using Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
• Proficient in at least two modules of the CRM suite (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing).
• Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming, particularly C#.
• Familiarity with Visual Studio or other IDEs.
• Solid knowledge of SQL and Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS).
• In-depth understanding of CRM processes, especially in complex projects.
• Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform.
• Knowledge of Dataverse and its application.
• Experience in Software Delivery and the PowerPlatform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
• Experience with Azure Development, Azure DevOps, and automated deployments (nice to have).
• Strong autonomy in application design, problem-solving abilities, and flexibility.
