Job Responsibilities

• Lead modernization projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and technology strategy.
• Provide architectural guidance on the design and implementation of solutions using SaaS and IaaS platforms, including AWS, Azure, Salesforce, and Snowflake.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Communicate effectively with executive leadership and stakeholders regarding project status, risks, and recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with security and privacy standards, especially within a public sector environment.
• Drive the adoption of both waterfall and agile software delivery methodologies, tailoring approaches to project needs.
• Mentor and support technical teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in technology architecture, with a focus on modernization initiatives.
• Proven experience in both waterfall and agile software delivery methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of SaaS and IaaS solutions, including AWS, Microsoft Azure, Salesforce, and Snowflake.
• Demonstrated expertise in security and privacy standards within a public sector environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
