We are looking for a hands-on Mobile Device Deployment Specialist with experience in enterprise mobile device management, device staging and deployment logistics. The role involves configuring, enrolling and deploying enterprise mobile devices using Microsoft Intune and Apple Business Manager (ABM). The candidate will manage device lifecycle activities, coordinate with vendors and suppliers, and provide on-site technical support across multiple field locations.
Key Responsibilities

Configure and stage iOS/iPadOS devices using Microsoft Intune and Apple Business Manager.

Manage zero-touch enrollment, device provisioning and configuration profiles.

Handle end-to-end device lifecycle management, including inventory tracking, shipments, returns, repairs and replacements.

Coordinate device deployments, SIM activation and accessory fulfillment with suppliers, vendors and telecom providers.

Travel to field locations to support device distribution, Wi-Fi connectivity, network authentication and initial device setup.

Troubleshoot MDM enrollment failures, application installation issues, credential problems and device compliance alerts.

Maintain device inventory, deployment status and operational reports using Excel, SharePoint, Jira or ServiceNow.

Ensure device deployments comply with enterprise security policies and cybersecurity standards.

Coordinate with IT, Digital Technology and Change Management teams to ensure successful rollouts.
Mandatory Skills

4+ years of hands-on experience in Mobile Device Management (MDM).

Strong experience with Microsoft Intune and Apple Business Manager (ABM).

Experience with iOS/iPadOS device staging, enrollment and configuration.

Knowledge of zero-touch deployment and device provisioning.

Experience in hardware inventory, asset management and deployment logistics.

Understanding of Wi-Fi, cellular connectivity, SIM provisioning and application deployment.

Mobile device troubleshooting and technical support experience.

Willingness to travel nationwide approximately 25–50%.
Preferred Skills

Experience with Jira, ServiceNow, SharePoint and Excel.

Experience coordinating with hardware vendors, telecom carriers and provisioning depots.
