Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize automated testing frameworks for native mobile applications on iOS and Android platforms.
• Design and execute comprehensive automated test plans and scripts to ensure the quality and reliability of mobile applications.
• Implement and support CI/CD pipelines, including integration and deployment strategies to ensure seamless delivery of mobile applications.
• Collaborate with development teams to understand application requirements and translate them into automated test cases.
• Identify, report, and track software defects and work closely with development teams to resolve issues.
• Continuously assess and improve the efficiency of the automation process, contributing to the growth and scalability of the testing framework.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior automation engineers and assist in best practice development for automated testing.
• Ensure timely reporting and documentation of test results and metrics.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of extensive hands-on experience in testing and automating native mobile applications for iOS and Android.
• 5+ years of strong frontend automation experience.
• 5+ years of expert-level experience in automating mobile applications using tools such as Appium.
• Proficiency in at least one of the following programming languages: JavaScript, Python, or Shell scripting.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience in designing and building automation frameworks from scratch.
• Expertise in setting up, configuring, and debugging CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, or similar platforms.
