Required Technical & Functional Skills

• Strong experience in Python and production-ready API development
• Hands-on experience with generative AI frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, LangChain, or similar)
• Proficiency in environment and configuration management
• Ability to produce clear and concise technical documentation
• Strong skills in unit testing, code review, and maintaining code quality
• Effective communication and collaboration within an Agile development environment

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop reusable, testable, and efficient code using Python (and R when needed).
• Analyze requirements, design system architecture, and implement low-latency, high-availability, performant applications
• Lead or contribute to team initiatives with strong technical problem-solving and leadership capabilities
• Build and deploy prediction, optimization, and analytics models/tools.
• Design and implement efficient backend features and integration points using Python
• Provide innovative technical suggestions and propose robust solutions for complex implementation challenges
