Job Responsibilities

• Ensure the application's Infrastructure availability is not compromised and propose engineering solutions to improve stability, sustainability, and resiliency.
• Engage stakeholders and project teams with the preparation and timely delivery of critical artifacts.
• Deliver clear and timely communications to impacted stakeholders.
• Guide teams to access risk with mitigation plans and escalate appropriately.
• Identify change controls and communicate risks and rewards associated with decisions and actions to stakeholders.
• Ensure SLAs are met and escalate issues that require immediate attention.
• Ensures compliance with corporate change standards and procedures, including maintaining Systems of Record and delivering quality project artifacts.
• Actively engage and lead product support issues and incidents.

Required Experience

• Experience with IBM WebSphere, PEGA, Linux, Java, SQL, and Oracle.
• Experience with Shell scripting.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with managing application infrastructure and support.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a lead role in Information Technology.
• Experience and/or certification with Pega Designer Studio.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and proactively identify infrastructure issues.
