We are looking for a skilled and experienced Middleware Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Splunk, Dynatrace, WebSphere, and MQ. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of monitoring and observability tools and experience working in a large-scale IT production support environment. This role requires flexibility in working shifts, including potential weekends.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide middleware infrastructure support across platforms and environments.
• Monitor system health using tools like Splunk, Dynatrace, Sitescope, and Netcool.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to WebSphere Application Server, MQ, and associated components.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure seamless deployments and optimal performance.
• Support incident, problem, and change management processes in alignment with ITIL practices.
• Participate in 24x7 support rotations, including weekends and off-hours as required.
• Perform root cause analysis and proactive performance tuning of middleware platforms.

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Splunk, Introscope, Sitescope, Tivoli Netcool/WebGUI, and Gomez
• Working knowledge of Java Virtual Machines, Unix/Linux, Windows OS, MQ, and OOS/WebMethods
• Experience supporting large-scale IT environments and familiarity with ITIL/ITSM best practices
• Willingness to work non-contiguous shifts, including weekends
• Strong working knowledge of Splunk for log analysis and system monitoring
• ITIL Foundation or Intermediate certification
• Previous experience in roles such as Service Desk, Incident Manager, Problem Manager, or Change Manager,
• Middleware Support and Administration
• Strong expertise in Splunk, Dynatrace, WebSphere, and MQ Basics
