Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support middleware environments including Apache, Tomcat, WebSphere, JBoss, and IBM HTTP Server (IHS).
• Design, install, configure, and manage DevOps tools and platforms such as Docker, Rancher, Kubernetes, GitHub, Bitbucket, JFrog, and CI/CD pipelines (Harness, Jenkins).
• Develop and maintain shell scripts to automate tasks and streamline operations.
• Manage and support Linux operating systems (RedHat, CentOS, SUSE) ensuring system stability and performance.
• Identify root causes of issues within middleware and infrastructure services and provide effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate documentation for systems, processes, and procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in production support and administration of infrastructure services.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Rancher, Kubernetes, GitHub, Bitbucket, JFrog.
• Experience in designing and managing CI/CD pipelines using tools like Harness and Jenkins.
• Operational knowledge of web servers including Apache, Tomcat, WebSphere, JBoss, and IHS.
• Proficiency in shell scripting for automation and task management.
• Strong experience with Linux OS (RedHat, CentOS, SUSE).
• Proven ability to find root causes and provide effective solutions to complex issues.

Preferred Qualifications

• Intermediate experience with certificate management and administration (preferably Lemur).
• Intermediate experience in Control-M administration.
• Intermediate knowledge of IBM DataPower appliances.
