Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain Microsoft Teams Rooms and AV/VC systems globally
• Lead room builds, upgrades, and large-scale rollouts
• Configure and integrate Teams Room Pro, LogiSync, Appspace, BrightSign, and Windows-based systems
• Automate deployments and operations using APIs, PowerShell, Python, etc.
• Monitor room health using Fusion, Ecostruxture, Netspeak, LogiSync, and Teams quality dashboards
• Troubleshoot performance issues and lead RCA for outages
• Ensure security compliance (RBAC, conditional access, vulnerability management)
• Collaborate with IT, networking, facilities, vendors, and stakeholders

Required Skills

• 5+ years in AV/VC engineering or enterprise collaboration delivery
• Strong experience with Microsoft Teams and Teams Rooms Pro
• Expertise in automation, APIs, scripting (Python/PowerShell)
• Networking knowledge (QoS, firewalls, connectivity)
• Strong documentation and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have

• Appspace/BrightSign digital signage experience
• CTS or MTR certifications
• AI/ML automation exposure
• Vendor management experience
