Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and deploy Microsoft Teams environments, including creating and configuring channels, tabs, and bots.
• Manage and maintain existing Microsoft Teams environments, ensuring they are secure, scalable, and performant.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Microsoft Teams environments, including errors, performance issues, and connectivity problems.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration with other Microsoft 365 services, such as Exchange, SharePoint, and Azure AD.
• Work with stakeholders to understand their requirements and design solutions that meet their needs.
• Develop and maintain documentation for Microsoft Teams environments, including guides, tutorials, and best practices.

Required Qualifications/Skills

• 6+ years of experience with Microsoft Teams deployment and management.
• Experience maintaining a thorough understanding of existing and emerging Microsoft 365 core technologies
• Experience with Azure AD, Office 365, and Microsoft 365.
• Experience of producing high-quality documentation and user guides for the wider business.
• Experience in undertaking business impact assessments for major M365 updates, as well as analyzing complex technical issues and proposing appropriate solutions.
• Experience of working with third-party providers e.g. Microsoft technical support, Consultancies etc.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Teams architecture and features.
