Microsoft Enterprise Services Architect / Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Architect, implement, and manage Microsoft Modern Workplace solutions.
• Administer Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), including identity, access, and authentication services.
• Manage Microsoft Intune for endpoint management, device compliance, and application deployment.
• Oversee Microsoft 365 tenant administration, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange Online.
• Implement and maintain Microsoft 365 Security, Compliance, and Enterprise Mobility + Security (EMS) solutions.
• Lead Modern Workplace support operations, ensuring service availability and continuous improvement.
• Develop solution architecture, governance standards, and operational best practices.
• Manage vendors, service providers, and SLA performance while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) administration.
• Hands-on expertise in Microsoft Intune and endpoint management.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft 365 administration (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online).
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Security, Compliance, and Enterprise Mobility + Security (EMS).
• Experience in Modern Workplace solution design, support operations, and vendor/SLA management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
