Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain solutions for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (on-premise) using Xrm SDK, Web API, and Client APIs.
• Implement and support authentication mechanisms including OAuth, Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) login, and credential caching.
• Develop PowerShell scripts to integrate and authenticate with Dynamics 365 environments.
• Ensure thread-safe multithreaded operations within Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Create reliable and secure sign-in experiences for Windows client applications.
• Design reusable modules for authorization, mobile device use, UI customization, and interface tailoring.
• Enable performance reporting and diagnostic tracing to meet business and technical needs.

Requirements

• Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (on-premise) and XRM development.
• Strong understanding of authentication models including OAuth and WPF-based login interfaces.
• Hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting for Dynamics 365 integration.
• Familiarity with thread safety, performance optimization, and diagnostic tracing in Dynamics solutions.
• Solid knowledge of Xrm APIs, including Xrm.WebApi, Xrm.Navigation, and Xrm.Utility.
