Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer with strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Microsoft Power Platform.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience customizing, extending, and integrating Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, including developing plugins, workflows, custom APIs, business process flows, and enterprise integrations.
The role requires a strong understanding of CRM architecture, Dataverse, application security, and deployment models, along with the ability to integrate Dynamics 365 with enterprise applications and cloud-based platforms.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Design, develop, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM applications based on business requirements.
- Develop and implement custom plugins, workflows, custom APIs, and business process flows.
- Build and extend CRM functionality using C#, .NET Framework, and .NET Core.
- Develop client-side customizations using JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Configure and customize Microsoft Dataverse entities, tables, relationships, and business logic.
- Implement integrations between Dynamics 365 and internal or external enterprise applications.
- Develop and optimize SQL Server queries and database-related solutions supporting CRM applications.
- Work with Power Platform components to extend business application capabilities.
- Implement CRM security models, access controls, and role-based permissions.
- Ensure solutions follow Microsoft Dynamics 365 architecture, development, and deployment best practices.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, perform performance optimization, and support application releases.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional technology teams to deliver scalable CRM solutions.
- Participate in technical design, code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience developing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365.
- Strong experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE).
- Proficiency in C# and .NET Framework / .NET Core development.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript for Dynamics 365 customizations.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dataverse and Power Platform.
- Experience developing Dynamics 365 plugins, workflows, custom APIs, and business process flows.
- Strong understanding of CRM architecture, security models, and deployment methodologies.
- Experience with SQL Server and relational database concepts.
- Experience designing and implementing integrations between Dynamics 365 and enterprise applications.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Azure Integration Services.
- Experience integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 with SAP ERP and other enterprise applications.
- Familiarity with Snowflake, ServiceNow, Salesforce, and supply chain management platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform certifications.
- Experience working in global, enterprise-scale, and matrixed organizational environments.
- Knowledge of enterprise application integration patterns and cloud-based architecture.
