Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM configuration changes, including workflows, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards, and reports.
• Communicate with business users to understand system requirements, gather design specifications, and help define organizational processes.
• Design, develop, and maintain the architecture of Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications. This includes coding, testing, deploying, and ensuring the overall system is tailored to meet internal user needs.
• Implement integrations and troubleshoot system issues. Ensure the solutions meet the performance, scalability, and security requirements.
• Participate in ongoing research on the latest Dynamics CRM technologies and actively contribute to improving system functionality and productivity.
• Review and/or prepare system documentation. Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to ensure thorough testing and resolve any identified issues.
• Assist in enforcing project deadlines, schedules, and methodologies, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
• Contribute to assessing the business impact and calculating the return on investment for technology implementations using Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM customization and configuration.
• Strong experience with PowerApps, Power BI, and related technologies.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and familiarity with other programming languages used in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Understanding of Jira, Agile methodologies, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
• Familiarity with banking operations principles and programming logic/processes is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment with a focus on ongoing learning, improvement, and contributing to a culture of innovation.
• Comfortable working with external vendors and customers to ensure alignment on requirements and deliverables.
