Led the deployment and upgrade efforts for MPOS, HQ, and CSU systems, overseeing changes, fixes, and upgrades to ensure they integrate smoothly with existing infrastructure and meet business requirements.
Designs, develops and implements solutions to further expand our use of CRM across the organization in accordance with business objectives.
Act as the frontline support for MPOS systems, providing timely assistance to resolve frontend issues and ensuring uninterrupted operations at our retail stores.
Customizations and extensions, optimizing the system to meet evolving business needs and customer expectations.
Dive into the nitty-gritty of POS setup, configuring printers, customer displays, scanners, hardware stations, and MPOS systems, and troubleshooting any issues.
Testing efforts and release management processes, ensuring that all changes and enhancements undergo thorough testing and are released seamlessly into production environments.
Qualifications
A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
A person has expertise in Enterprise integration.
Proficient in related technologies such as Microsoft Stack, Office 365, SSRS, SSIS, SharePoint, Microsoft Azure, and Power BI.
Microsoft certified in Dynamics 365.
Be able to build D365 CE entities, forms, workflows, dashboards, and reports.
Be able to develop plug-ins using C#.
Be able to code UI logic in JavaScript.
Optionally develop Web resources, PowerApps, and PowerBI reports.
