Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute Microsoft 365 migration projects, ensuring successful transitions to the platform.
• Develop and implement governance, compliance, and risk management strategies within the M365 environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance security measures and protocols.
• Utilize Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or Chef for automation and configuration management.
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in M365, providing guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.
• Monitor and optimize M365 environments to ensure high availability and performance.
• Document processes, policies, and best practices related to M365 governance and security.
• Stay updated with the latest M365 developments and trends to continuously improve our offerings.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as an Engineer in the Microsoft 365 platform, with a focus on migration efforts.
• Strong understanding of governance, compliance, risk management, and security principles in a cloud environment.
• Proficiency in using IaC tools or configuration management systems, such as Terraform, Ansible, or Chef.
• Experience working in a senior or lead capacity, ideally with mentoring responsibilities.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Microsoft 365 certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals).
• Experience with PowerShell scripting for M365 automation and management.
• Familiarity with Azure services and integration with Microsoft 365.
