Job Description

We are seeking an experienced MFT Workload Automation Support Engineer to manage and support enterprise Managed File Transfer (MFT) platforms and workload automation processes. The role involves production support, job scheduling, secure file transfers, and partner integrations, ensuring smooth and secure data flow across internal systems and external partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Tidal Scheduler jobs: create, monitor, modify, and troubleshoot batch/N2M processes.

  • Configure calendars, dependencies, triggers, and job groups; handle production deployments.

  • Administer MFT platforms (JSCAPE, GoAnywhere) and secure protocols (SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS, AS2).

  • Monitor logs, resolve transfer failures, and support partner onboarding.

  • Handle PGP encryption, certificates, and key management.

  • Participate in incident, problem, change management (ITIL) and on-call rotations.

  • Prepare technical documentation and SOPs, and support platform enhancements.

 
Required Technical Skills
  • Experience with MFT platforms: JSCAPE, GoAnywhere.

  • Expertise in Workload Automation: Tidal Scheduler.

  • Knowledge of secure file transfer protocols: SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS, AS2.

  • Strong job monitoring, scheduling, and troubleshooting skills.

  • Certificate management: SSL/TLS, SSH keys.

  • Experience with PGP encryption and secure data handling.

  • Familiarity with ITIL-based incident, problem, and change management.

 

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with external partner integrations in an enterprise environment.

  • Strong documentation and communication skills.

  • Hands-on experience with automation, job dependencies, and event-based triggers.

  • Ability to perform root cause analysis and implement permanent solutions.
