Key Responsibilities

• Support, design, plan, and execute the integration of iBASEt Solumina software into the client's manufacturing environment. Ensure seamless integration with other systems such as ERP, MES, and PLM.
• Analyze, design, and optimize new business processes, ensuring they align with industry best practices and Solumina capabilities. Provide feedback on process performance and recommend improvements.
• Drive the functional, technical, and industry expertise needed for successful solution design and delivery, ensuring that all deliverables meet quality standards and are implemented on time and within scope.
• Implement and enforce Solumina best practices to optimize the manufacturing process, focusing on performance, scalability, and ease of use.
• Provide training to end-users on how to effectively use Solumina software.
• Develop training materials and conduct training sessions to ensure users are proficient with the system.
• Provide ongoing support for Solumina, including troubleshooting, bug fixes, and handling system enhancements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in implementing and supporting iBASEt Solumina or other MES solutions in a manufacturing environment. 5+ years of hands-on experience with Solumina.
• Strong technical knowledge of Solumina, including its integration with ERP, MES, and other enterprise systems. Familiarity with manufacturing processes and shop floor operations.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing business processes and industry best practices. Ability to design and optimize business processes using Solumina capabilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex business problems and propose effective solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and provide clear instructions and documentation.
• Experience providing end-user training and ongoing support. Ability to develop user guides, documentation, and training materials.
• Experience working in project teams, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall project management methodologies is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant certifications in Solumina or other MES-related technologies.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience in industries such as aerospace, automotive, electronics, or industrial manufacturing where MES solutions are critical
