Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and customize MES solutions using .NET, SQL, and other technologies.
• Implement MES systems on Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) tools like Apriso, Simatic IT, GE Proficy, SAP ME/MII, Rockwell, etc.
• Integrate MES systems with PLC/SCADA systems using OPC-UA and other interfaces.
• Analyze business processes in manufacturing and translate them into functional or technical solutions.
• Perform Fit-Gap assessments to identify necessary modifications and enhancements in MES functionality.
• Prepare impact assessments for change management and assist with change control processes.
• Support and enhance MES features for production, quality, inventory, and maintenance capabilities in manufacturing industries.
• Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver optimal MES solutions.
• Participate in Agile development processes to manage project timelines and deliverables.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in .NET and SQL development.
• In-depth knowledge of ITSM processes and how they apply to MES solutions.
• Hands-on experience with MES customization, extensions, and integration.
• Familiarity with OPC-UA, PLC/SCADA systems, and control systems automation.
• Experience working with MES tools like Apriso, Simatic IT, GE Proficy, SAP ME/MII, Rockwell, etc.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing industry processes, including production, quality, inventory, and maintenance.
• Knowledge of ISA95/MESA standards.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
