Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Function as a Solution Architect responsible for upgrade plans, designing, coding, and developing CIO/MIO maps and workflows.
  • Oversee the complete site implementation of the Camstar Manufacturing Execution System (MES), ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance.
  • Lead the requirements definition and MES implementation of the Factory Model, ensuring the project meets quality and delivery standards.
  • Distribute tasks among team members and coordinate project phases, supervising and motivating the project team.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand user requirements and business processes, ensuring they are accurately translated into technical solutions.
  • Demonstrate hands-on experience in Camstar Designer and Camstar Portal development, implementing effective solutions to meet user needs.
  • Maintain a good understanding of COA, CIO, and MIO interface connectivity, ensuring seamless integration with external applications (ERP, LIMS, Equipment, HMI).
  • Manage and execute Camstar upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to operations and compliance with validation processes.
  • Apply knowledge of computer system and manufacturing validation processes to ensure compliance and quality in all project deliverables.
  • Utilize SQL for data manipulation and reporting, contributing to data-driven decision-making.

 

Required Skills
  • Hands-on experience with Camstar Designer and Portal development, along with experience in Camstar upgrades.
  • Familiarity with COA/CIO/MIO interface connectivity and integration with external systems.
  • Knowledge of Azure Kubernetes for deploying and managing containerized applications.
  • Domain experience in medical devices and pharmaceutical manufacturing, ensuring best practices and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, facilitating effective interaction with team members and stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to lead project teams, coordinate tasks, and motivate team members toward achieving goals.
  • Fast learner with a commitment to continuous improvement and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
  • Strong team skills, fostering collaboration and a positive working environment among project team members.
