We are looking for a skilled MES Business Analyst to drive product backlog management, prioritize business needs, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-value features iteratively. The ideal candidate will excel in managing product backlogs, breaking down features into manageable stories, and ensuring alignment between business objectives and product development efforts.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Groom and prioritize the product backlog, balancing competing requests by assessing business value and ROI.
• Define sprint backlogs and sprint goals; ensure transparency and clear communication across the product owner team.
• Coordinate and plan inter-team dependencies to facilitate smooth delivery of features.
• Lead iterative feature delivery following a two-week sprint cadence, ensuring stories are deliverable within approximately 10 days.
• Conduct sprint reviews to discuss sprint goals, achievements, and identify any blockers or risks.
• Create and maintain nonfunctional requirements and conduct business process evaluations to support product development.
• Track and report on product performance using tools such as Google Analytics to inform decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with UX teams to validate visual designs, gather user feedback, and enhance product usability.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations to executives, customers, and partners, clearly communicating objectives, milestones, and business value.

Required Skills

• Strong background in Industrial Engineering.
• Experience with Product Design Engineering.
• Knowledge or experience in AR (Augmented Reality), VR (Virtual Reality), and MR (Mixed Reality) technologies.
