Job Description
Rolea and Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement Mendix applications, modules, and microflows independently.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable Mendix solutions following best practices.
  • Build reusable components and templates to accelerate development.
  • Integrate Mendix applications with external systems, APIs, and databases.
  • Manage deployments across environments and ensure smooth release cycles.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with minimal supervision.
  • Collaborate directly with customer stakeholders to define solution designs and functional specifications.
  • Develop, customize, and maintain applications ensuring performance, scalability, and security.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentoring to team members on Mendix development best practices.
  • Participate in governance, reporting, and knowledge-sharing activities.

 

Required Skills & Experience
  • Minimum 8+ years of professional Mendix development experience.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with the Mendix Low-Code Platform for enterprise applications.
  • Mendix Advanced Certification (mandatory).
  • Proven ability to deliver Mendix applications independently from concept through deployment.
  • Strong expertise in Mendix Studio Pro.
  • Solid understanding of domain modeling, microflows, nanoflows, and page design.
  • Experience with system integrations (REST, SOAP, OData).
  • Experience with cloud deployment and environment management.
  • Knowledge of Java, JavaScript, or other languages for Mendix extensions (preferred).
  • Domain experience in Discrete Manufacturing / Manufacturing / Aerospace industries.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Good working knowledge of Agile/Scrum frameworks.
